How to reach us

The support form on this page is the direct way to contact WizKidsHub. It is read by a person, and messages about broken downloads, mistakes on a worksheet, or a topic that is missing from a grade are the ones acted on fastest. Please describe the grade, subject and worksheet title where you can, since that makes a problem far quicker to locate and fix.

What we can help with

Common requests include a PDF that will not open or print, a worksheet that seems pitched at the wrong grade, a request for more practice on a particular skill, questions about using the sheets in a classroom or tuition centre, and permission questions about printing and photocopying. Printing and copying for home, classroom and tuition use is already allowed, so no request is needed for that.

Privacy when you write to us

Only send what is needed to answer your question. Please do not include a child's full name, school details, photographs or any other personal information in a support message, and never send payment details, since nothing on WizKidsHub is sold. Messages are used solely to reply and to improve the worksheet library.
